Maintain training records and produce reports as required. Implement training programs for new product launches and ensure Sales and Service Support staff are trained. Establish, coordinate and deliver as appropriate customer training, including primary, secondary and advanced levels. Establish and help execute introductory to advanced training programs on existing platforms for ADD staff. Support regional organizations in training methods and standardization. Support and drive continuous improvement of training and training plans. Ensure Area and Region training requirements are appropriately roll-out within the commercial organization of the country.
